Each figure covers the three months ending Aug 2026, the way Redfin reports it, so one unusual month can't swing a city's rank. Ranked views include the 86 cities with at least 12 sales in that window (2 smaller markets are shown in the full table below with their sample size, where one unusual sale can dominate the numbers). These rankings refresh automatically every week.
